Private keys are never sent to the server except in an encrypted form. The user can deploy the Omniwallet on its own server and host its own instance, or use one of the service providers that will host it - users money, users choice. Omniwallet comes with pre-built support for Bitcoin, Omni, and Test Omni. An easy to use a web interface for using mastercoin.
