Short and simple. An old proven coin that is just a "Bitcoin light" and has found its way as a cryptocurrency a long time ago. What's crypto without Lightcoin?
Its "just" a copy of Bitcoin some say, but trusted and highly used. So why not, it's the users choice. And there are always two sides to be considered: Don't reinvent the wheel, do what works. But on the other hand, its just "another" copy of something, not offering any massive new inventions or benefits. You decide.
I see cryptos as a choice where the people decide what they will use, and they have, LTC is adopted pretty well.
